Do you want to take an OPE电子竞技官网 class and not transfer out of your current institution?
Metropolitan Community College welcomes you as a transient/visiting (not a transfer) F-1 student to apply take OPE电子竞技官网 classes while you remain a student at your current institution. Letters from DSOs/International Advisors are no longer required, and you will not need to go through OPE电子竞技官网’s International Student Services for registration. Below are the steps to follow:
1. Create an account as a visiting F-1 international student at http://mccneb.elluciancrmrecruit.com/Apply/.
2. Click on "Not registered yet? Create an account!” toward the bottom.
3. Under “Student Type," select “International Student.”
4. Under “International Student Type,” select “Transient/Visiting F-1 Student.”
5. After you finish creating an account, you will get an email from Enrollment Services with directions on how to complete a free application.
6. Complete the application online.
7. If the course you wish to take has a prerequisite, then you will need to upload your unofficial transcript in the “Supplemental Items List.” If you have not taken the prerequisite, then you may need to take our free Accuplacer test for English and math courses or take the prerequisite course.
8. You will get another email that gives you the next steps to get registered for classes. A staff member may need to review your transcripts or Accuplacer scores before registering you in the class. Please ask the Contact Center to provide you with your OPE电子竞技官网 student number. If you need to take the Accuplacer, you will need to give it to the Testing Center.
9. You will be able to set up your password the next day. To do so, go to OPE电子竞技官网’s homepage at electronic-fittings.com, and scroll down to Password Station.
10. After you create your password, you may access the My Way self-service portal from OPE电子竞技官网’s homepage at which the icon is located in the upper right corner of the homepage.
11. You will have access to your schedule under My Services for Students > Academic Profile.
12. Purchase any necessary books or supplies for your class. Follett bookstores' website is clfo.electronic-fittings.com/Current-Students/Bookstore. You may explore Book Exchange at electronic-fittings.com/Current-Students/Resources/Book-Exchange.aspx, a site where students post books for sale.
13. NOTE: It is your responsibility to drop classes. Non-attendance or non-payment do not relieve you from your financial obligation.
